iGOT Karmayogi (Integrated Government Online Training) is a comprehensive online learning platform launched under the Government of India’s National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), also known as Mission Karmayogi. Executed under the direction of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and managed by Karmayogi Bharat, the platform aims to transform civil services capacity building from a traditional rule-based framework to an agile, competency-driven model. It provides continuous, self-paced learning opportunities to government officials across central, state, and local bodies to enhance governance efficiency, domain expertise, and citizen-centric service delivery.

How to Apply & Onboard on iGOT Karmayogi

Learner Registration (Individual Officials)	Central, State & Union Territory Government Employees, Contractual Staff, and Autonomous Body Personnel	Online via Web Portal or Mobile App: Visit igotkarmayogi.gov.in or download the iGOT Karmayogi app from the app store. Click on Register / Sign Up and select your Government Tier (Center / State). Select your respective Ministry, Department, or Organization (MDO) along with your designation. Enter your official email address (e.g., gov.in or nic.in) or registered mobile number. Authenticate using the OTP sent to your email/mobile, complete your profile details, and set up your login credentials. Note: Users can also log in directly via Parichay / e-Office SSO credentials.
Assisted Onboarding via Nodal Officers	Employees whose organizations are not yet bulk-synced or who face portal verification issues	Through Departmental Administrator (MDO Admin / Nodal Officer): Contact the designated Assistant Nodal Officer / Nodal Officer or MDO Administrator of your organization. Submit employee master details (Name, Service ID/Designation, Official Email, Mobile Number). The Nodal Officer uploads/approves employee details in bulk on the portal back-end. Receive an automated activation link via official email to complete account setup.
Content Provider / Training Institute Onboarding	Government Training Institutes (e.g., LBSNAA, ISTM), Academic Institutions, and Domain Expert Entities	Via Karmayogi Bharat Partnership: Training centers or institutes submit an onboarding request to the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) / Karmayogi Bharat team. Upon approval, a specialized Content Provider / Creator Account is provisioned. Upload courses, assessments, and learning paths mapped to national competency frameworks.
